  1. FirstWestYorks 3 busses have been showing as en route and then have disappeared this evening. 65 and 54 to Morley. You need to get this sorted, it's becoming a frequent occurrence.

            FirstWestYorks Literally just saw a 65 to Morley disappear out of the app despite it saying it's been en-route for 10 minutes. Disappeared with 6 minutes to go. I don't get it... Why make me wait outside in the rain for busses that aren't going to show?

              FirstWestYorks 65 to Morley was 9 minutes away at 17:40. At 17:58 still 6 minutes away. There's no traffic and it's freezing. Really taking the piss here.

                  FirstWestYorks It's been an hour since I left the office and I've yet to get on a bus home due to them not turning up. I want to escalate a complaint due to the frequency of this happening. It's unacceptable for you to waste people's time like this.

                    FirstWestYorks One 65 disappeared from the app then showed up 10 minutes later but stopping before my stop, a 54 has disappeared from the app and a 65 has just disappeared. It's fucking freezing, this shit is not ok. Now have to walk to Vicar Lane.
