    MattShieldsDev We spent 9 months looking for a house in Scotland, doing trips up and back in a day which was 4 hours each way. We saw like 22 and put offers in on 7. Finally got the 7th 🎉 Now just lots of DIY

      MattShieldsDev Oh, and houses in Scotland were selling for about 10% over their valuation (not asking price, valuation)
