      The bed that we have is popular with disabled folks, and that's because it's adjustable and you can control it from your phone, which makes it easier. They're also expensive beds.

    So my partner is now struggling to make our expensive bed comfortable for herself because someone decided that an app that does local control needs to log in via a service on the web that is currently down.
