If this goes ahead, there needs to be much stricter enforcement of keeping pavements clear and free of obstructions for disabled people. I've seen way too many marquees jutting into the pavement, making it too narrow for a wheelchair or mobility scooter. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-58452949
