              1. So today I had an awful experience with hellofixter and honestly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Last week my car was in for its MOT. It failed, got a quote for the repairs and said go ahead and do them. Then got a call back a couple of days later to be told they couldn't get the parts, so can't do the repair.

I get them to leave it with me while I figure out what to do. Over the weekend I discuss it with my parents and they say they'll take it off me and get it repaired. They've wanted it back for a while and this is a good reason.

I call hellofixter yesterday and get the address of the garage. I forward it to my dad so he can arrange collection. Today I went to the garage to get some stuff before it gets picked up tomorrow.

When I get to the garage, I don't see it outside. I figure they have it somewhere else around the garage. I go in and ask about it, the person I'm speaking to says "yeah, hellofixter took it back" What?

So I call hellofixter and tell them what I've just been told. They respond with "oh, let me get in contact with the driver team and figure out where your car is" My jaw hit the floor. You can't lose someone's car like this. Especially when you're pretty much a logistics company

I wait 15 minutes for a call back. Nothing. I get fed up of waiting and I'm extremely irritated by this point. I call them again.

I tell them that this is an extremely ridiculous situation to be in and that I'm angry that I've had to do this. I ask if they've found my car yet. They had. They'd moved it to another garage, closer to my house and on my route into work.

A company misplacing a customer's car like this is sheer incompetence. I can't trust hellofixter or recommend them to anybody.
